Please read the following terms and conditions carefully as it sets out the terms of a legally binding agreement between you and Mayuresh Realty Private Limited.

• I/We hereby submit my/our priority booking request to buy the above-mentioned unit type in the Agami Infinity Park project of Mayuresh Realty Private Limited.
• I/We understand that this EOI stands valid only on the submission of complete KYC documents.
• I/We agree that the source of priority booking request/booking once confirmed will not change.
• I/We understand that the amount paid towards EOI is non-refundable and,
  i. I/We hereby authorize Mayuresh Realty Private Limited to bank and encash the cheque/s and demand draft/s submitted and I/We understand agree that in case of getting the unit allotted as per my/our preference in the given price range, the claim amount paid is non-refundable and I/We shall be going ahead with the booking.
  ii. I/We understand agree that in case of not getting the unit allotted as per my/our preference in the given price range, the claim amount paid shall be refunded without any interest or any residual right post 120 days from the allotment date.
• I/We agree to all the terms and conditions. I/We have understood the Terms and Conditions and have been legally advised in relation to the same.
• I/We accept the Terms and Conditions therein without any condition and agree to abide by the terms contained therein and I have paid the advance booking amount on this basis only.
